Chona Ramos

Chona Ramos is the owner and broker of record.  She has been a real estate agent since February 2007 and worked with several successful agencies before establishing her own brokerage in 2014.  Chona has had many years of experience buying and selling real estate.  She is very proficient in handling all types of transactions including short sales, bank owned sales, regular sales, and brand new homes.  Buying and selling a home is a complicated process that involves a lot of people working together towards a common goal.  As a seasoned registered nurse and certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Masters Degree in Nursing from California State University, she brings with her all the people skills and problem-solving abilities that are much need in every real estate transaction.  As a Nurse Practitioner, she has always considered it her priviledge to be able to share in her patients' most intimate, most challenging, and most joyous moments!  As a Realtor, it is her privilege as well, to be able to share in her client's challenges, hopes, and dreams of home ownership.  Just as nursing is an art and a science, so is Real Estate. She finds both to be challenging, fascinating, and rewarding.  Chona truly believes that Home is where the Heart is.  She considers helping people navigate their way through the ups and downs and twists and turns of the real estate world until reaching their desired destination, to be her purpose, passion, and calling.
