Mary Wells

Hello! My name is Mary Rose Wells, and I am a passionate and hardworking real estate agent serving Solano County and nearby counties.  I obtained my license in 2021 and while I’m relatively new to the industry, I’ve already had the privilege of helping a client successfully sell their home, an experience that solidified my commitment to delivering outstanding results.  

I have been a Bay Area native for 35 years and married with two kids.  My husband and I purchased our first home in Vallejo in 2015 and sold it in 2019 and relocated to Cordelia.  It was then I met the buyer’s agent for our house, who inspired me to become a real estate agent.  

What I may lack in years of experience, I make up for with dedication, attention to detail, and a fresh perspective. I pride myself on guiding my clients with honesty, care, and a client-first approach.
